Five Integrated Care Systems in the East of England region are part of the My Care Record approach.
The sections below show which organisations are part of the My Care Record approach in each area.
A person’s care will often take place in more than one area. For example, an individual may be registered to a GP in Essex but travel to Cambridge for specialist care. Therefore, Integrated Care Systems are working together to securely connect information across boundaries where possible.
We will also work in partnership with other neighbouring areas where possible to ensure that information is available to health and care staff when it is needed.
